Summary:To calculate maintenance cost by considering such a case in which appliance state prediction or residual service life estimation result are incorrect, and present the cost to a user.SOLUTION: A maintenance cost estimation system comprises: a relevance ratio reproduction ratio calculation part for determining a state value and service life of a plant appliance calculated on the basis of an appliance state prediction model being a state prediction model of a plant appliance and previous sensor data 102 of the plant appliance and whether or not a state of the plant appliance is good, and calculating a relevance ratio being a ratio at which the appliance which is predicted so that the appliance state is bad, is an actually failure appliance, and a reproduction ratio being a ratio at which the failure appliance can be predicted to be a state failure appliance, on the basis of the determination result and an inspection recording 101 of the plant appliance; and a total maintenance cost calculation part for, on the basis of the relevance ratio, the reproduction ratio, and maintenance cost calculation information including at least a prevention inspection unit cost, a failure time damage amount, a failure time restoration unit cost, and a spare item unit cost for plant appliance, calculating estimated maintenance cost of the plant appliance being minimum cot, and calculating the same as total maintenance cost required for maintaining the plant appliance.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】機器状態予測や余寿命推定結果が外れた場合も考慮して保守コストを算出し、ユーザに提示可能とする。【解決手段】プラント機器の状態予測モデルである機器状態予測モデルと、プラント機器の過去のセンサデータ102とに基づいて算出したプラント機器の状態値及び余寿命と、プラント機器の状態の良不良を判定し、判定結果とプラント機器の点検記録101とに基づいて、状態不良と予測した機器が実際に不良機器であった割合である適合率と、不良機器に対して状態不良と予測できた割合である再現率を算出する適合率・再現率計算部と、適合率と、再現率と、少なくともプラント機器の予防点検単価と、故障時損害額と、故障時復旧単価と予備品単価とを含む保守コスト算出情報とに基づいて、最小コストとなるプラント機器の推定保守コストを算出し、それを、プラント機器の保守に必要な総保守コストとして算出する総保守コスト計算部と、を備える。【選択図】図1
