To provide a technique for suppressing occurrence of a situation that a crew member is awaited one-sidedly until an automatic driving vehicle arrives at a get-on position in a parking lot.SOLUTION: A management device 400 transmits to an automatic driving vehicle 200 information relating to a get-on position for causing a crew member to get on the vehicle. The automatic driving vehicle 200 receives the information relating to the get-on position from the management device 400, generates a travel route from a parking position to the get-on position and executes traveling along the travel route. The management device 400 transmits to a terminal device 300 information relating to a waiting time until the automatic driving vehicle 200 arrives at the get-on position.
