Summary:To provide a fibrous cellulose-containing composition which can exhibit an organic solvent slurry dispersed with a fiber fibrous cellulose with high viscosity and high transparency.SOLUTION: A fibrous cellulose-containing composition contains a fibrous cellulose having a fiber width of 1,000 nm or less and has a phosphorous acid group or a substituent derived from the phosphorous acid group, and metal ions, and contains an organic onium ion as a counter ion of the phosphorous acid group or the substituent derived from the phosphorous acid group, in which when a solid content contained in the fibrous cellulose-containing composition is in an absolute dry condition, and a content of metal ions in an absolute dry solid content is 50 ppm or more and 600 ppm or less.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】本発明は、微細繊維状セルロースを分散させた有機溶媒スラリーが高粘度かつ高透明度を発揮できるような微細繊維状セルロース含有組成物を提供することを課題とする。【解決手段】本発明は、繊維幅が１０００ｎｍ以下であり、亜リン酸基又は亜リン酸基に由来する置換基を有する繊維状セルロースと、金属イオンと、を含む繊維状セルロース含有組成物であって、亜リン酸基又は亜リン酸基に由来する置換基の対イオンとして有機オニウムイオンを含み、繊維状セルロース含有組成物中に含まれる固形分を絶乾状態とした場合に、絶乾固形分中における金属イオンの含有量が、５０ｐｐｍ以上６００ｐｐｍ以下である繊維状セルロース含有組成物に関する。【選択図】なし
