Summary: | To provide a liquid crystal-based light control member capable of minimizing local discoloration and rainbow unevenness.SOLUTION: A light control member 20 is provided, comprising a pair of transparent base materials 21, 22, a light control cell 30 disposed between the pair of transparent base materials, and two bonding layers 23, 24 that are disposed between the light control cell and respective transparent base materials to bond the transparent base materials to the light control cell. The light control cell has a visible light transmittance that is adjustable by electronic control.
