Abstract | To provide a creep life evaluation method of Ni-alloy for evaluating a creep life of the Ni-alloy easier.SOLUTION: A creep life evaluation method of Ni-alloy includes: a crack rate calculation step (S10) of observing metallographic structure by collecting replica from Ni-alloy of an actual machine and calculating a crack rate which is a ratio of cracks included in a crystal grain boundary in a crack initiation region; and a creep life evaluation step (S12) of evaluating a creep life of the Ni-alloy of the actual machine from the crack rate of the Ni-alloy of the actual machine. The calculation of the crack rate is performed defining the crack rate as R/P, where P represent the sum obtained by drawing a plurality of lines in the crack initiation region at a prescribed pitch, counting for each line the number of crystal grain boundaries crossing each line and the number of cracks on the crystal grain boundary at a position crossing each line, and summing the number of the crystal grain boundaries thus counted for each line; and R represents the sum obtained by summing the number of cracks on the crystal grain boundary counted for each line.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
