To provide a cassette system integrated apparatus for pumping out fluid.SOLUTION: A pumping cassette comprises: a housing including at least two inlet fluid lines and at least two outlet fluid lines; at least one balancing pod 602 that is disposed within the housing and balances, by being fluidly communicated with the fluid lines, the flow of a first fluid with the flow of a second fluid such that the amount of the first fluid is equalized with the amount of the second fluid; and at least one reciprocating pressure displacement membrane pump that pumps the first fluid from the inlet fluid line to the outlet fluid line and pumps the second fluid from the inlet fluid line to the outlet fluid line within the housing.
