Summary: | To provide a constant voltage power source circuit which can prevent an output voltage from varying due to a pseudo load current.SOLUTION: A constant voltage power source circuit 1 comprises a pseudo load circuit 12 which generates a monitor current I5 with a value corresponding to a current I1 flowing in an output transistor P1 and causes a pseudo load current I3 with a value corresponding to difference between a bias current IB with a fixed value and the monitor current I5 to flow out from an output terminal T3. Consequently, an output voltage VO can be prevented from varying due to the pseudo load current I3 because the pseudo load current I3 continuously linearly varies.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】疑似負荷電流によって出力電圧が変動することを防止できる定電圧電源回路を提供する。【解決手段】定電圧電源回路1は、出力トランジスタP1に流れる電流I1に応じた値のモニタ電流I5を生成し、一定値のバイアス電流IBとモニタ電流I5との差に応じた値の疑似負荷電流I3を出力端子T3から流出させる疑似負荷回路12を備える。したがって、疑似負荷電流I3は連続的に線形に変化するので、疑似負荷電流I3によって出力電圧VOが変動することを防止できる。【選択図】図1 |
