To provide an inventory management device capable of allocating an inventory automatically by simply designating one warehouse even no inventory exists in a designated warehouse when allocating an inventory of a commodity.SOLUTION: An inventory management device according to an embodiment comprises: a warehouse master registering a warehouse and a warehouse higher than the warehouse in association with each other; inventory data including the warehouse, a commodity, and a possible number of delivery of the commodity; acceptance of order processing means inputting a warehouse, a commodity, and a quantity when accepting an order; and inventory allocation processing means that confirms whether an inventory exists in the warehouse regarding the warehouse, the commodity, and the quantity that the acceptance of order processing means inputted by referring to the inventory data, allocates the inventory of the warehouse if the inventory exists, confirms whether an inventory exists in a higher warehouse corresponding to the warehouse by referring to the warehouse master if no inventory exists in the warehouse, and allocates the inventory in the higher warehouse if the inventory exists.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】商品の在庫を引き当てる場合に、１つの倉庫を指定するだけで、指定された倉庫に在庫がなくても自動的に在庫を引き当てることが可能な在庫管理装置を提供すること。【解決手段】本実施の形態に係る在庫管理装置は、倉庫と、当該倉庫の上位の倉庫とを関連づけて登録した倉庫マスタと、倉庫と、商品と、当該商品の出荷可能数を含む在庫データと、受注する場合に、倉庫、商品、及び数量を入力する受注入力処理手段と、前記在庫データを参照し、前記受注入力処理手段で入力された倉庫、商品、及び数量について、当該倉庫に在庫が有るか否かを確認し、在庫がある場合には、当該倉庫の在庫を引き当て、当該倉庫に在庫がない場合には、前記倉庫マスタを参照し、当該倉庫に対応する上位の倉庫に在庫があるか否かを確認し、在庫がある場合には、当該上位の倉庫の在庫を引き当てる在庫引当処理手段と、を備えている。【選択図】図１
