Summary: | To reduce a trouble that an attachment attached to a surface of a cleaning member is reversely moved to a surface of a fixing rotating body or a pressure rotating body.SOLUTION: There is installed a cleaning roller 35 (cleaning member) that is configured to be movable, by the operation of moving mechanisms 38, 52 (moving means), between a contact position at which the cleaning roller is in contact with a surface of a pressure roller 31 (pressure rotating body) and a separation position at which the cleaning roller is separated from the surface. There is installed a temperature sensor 41 (temperature detection means) that detects a surface temperature inside the maximum paper feed area M and outside the minimum paper feed area N on the pressure roller 31. The movement of the cleaning roller 35 from the contact position to the separation position or the movement of the cleaning roller 35 from the separation position to the contact position is performed by the moving mechanism 38, 52 based on a result of detection performed by the temperature sensor 41.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】クリーニング部材の表面に付着した付着物が定着回転体又は加圧回転体の表面に逆移動してしまう不具合を軽減する。【解決手段】移動機構38、52(移動手段)の動作によって、加圧ローラ31(加圧回転体)の表面に当接する当接位置と、その表面から離れる離間位置と、の間を移動可能に構成されたクリーニングローラ35(クリーニング部材)が設置されている。また、加圧ローラ31における最大通紙領域M内であって最小通紙領域N外の表面温度を検知する温度センサ41(温度検知手段)が設置されている。そして、クリーニングローラ35の当接位置から離間位置への移動、又は、クリーニングローラ35の離間位置から当接位置への移動、を温度センサ41の検知結果に基づいて移動機構38、52によっておこなっている。【選択図】図4 |
