Summary: | To properly cool hydraulic oil.SOLUTION: A hydraulic system of a working machine comprises: an oil cooler; a traveling hydraulic apparatus; a working hydraulic apparatus; a first exhaust oil path connecting a first exhaust port and an exhaust part of the working hydraulic apparatus; a sixth exhaust oil path connected to a second exhaust port and an oil cooler of the working hydraulic apparatus; a third exhaust oil path connecting the oil cooler and the discharge part; a seventh exhaust oil path connected to the traveling hydraulic apparatus and converged to the sixth discharge oil path; a fifth check valve provided on the seventh discharge oil path, allowing the hydraulic oil to flow toward the oil cooler, and avoiding the hydraulic oil from flowing toward the traveling hydraulic apparatus; an eighth discharge oil path jointed to the seventh discharge oil path and connected to the discharge part; and a sixth check valve having a pressure receiving part for receiving the pressure of the hydraulic oil of the sixth discharge oil path, allowing discharge of the hydraulic oil of the eighth discharge oil path when pressure of the hydraulic oil applied to the pressure receiving part is equal to or more than predetermined pressure, and avoiding discharge of the hydraulic oil of the eighth discharge oil path when the hydraulic oil is not applied to the pressure receiving part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】作動油を適正に冷却することができる。【解決手段】作業機の油圧システムは、オイルクーラと、走行油圧機器と、作業油圧機器と、作業油圧機器の第1排出ポートと排出部とを接続する第1排出油路と、作業油圧機器の第2排出ポートとオイルクーラに接続する第6排出油路と、オイルクーラと排出部とを接続する第3排出油路と、走行油圧機器に接続され且つ第6排出油路に合流する第7排出油路と、第7排出油路に設けられ、作動油がオイルクーラに向けて流れることを許容し且つ作動油が走行油圧機器に向けて流れるのを阻止する第5逆止弁と、第7排出油路に合流し且つ排出部に接続する第8排出油路と、第6排出油路の作動油を受圧する受圧部を有し、受圧部に作用する作動油の圧力が所定以上である場合に第8排出油路の作動油の排出を許容し、且つ受圧部に作動油が作用していない場合に第8排出油路の作動油の排出を阻止する第6逆止弁と、を備えている。【選択図】図2 |
