To provide a slide opening/closing mechanism capable of preventing half opening of a drawer type door and capable of easily drawing the drawer type door, and a refrigerator.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a slide opening/closing mechanism 100 for sliding a drawer type door of a refrigerator in an opening/closing direction between a full opening position where the drawer type door is opened full with respect to a storeroom and a full closing position where the drawer type door is closed full with respect to the storeroom. The slide opening/closing mechanism comprises: a fixed rail which is provided at a main body side of the refrigerator; a first slide frame 3 which is provided at the side of an accommodation case, supports the drawer type door and is slid along the fixed rail 1; a second slide frame 2 which is interposed between the fixed rail 1 and the first slide frame 3 and slid along the fixed rail 1; a first rolling body which is provided in the first slide frame 3; and an inclined pull-in surface which is provided in the fixed rail 1 and brought into contact with the first rolling body and pulls the drawer type door which is located at a half opening position between the full opening position and the full closing position, into the full closing position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】引出式扉の半開きを防止でき、かつ引出式扉を簡単に引き出せるスライド開閉機構及び冷蔵庫を提供する。【解決手段】冷蔵庫の引出式扉を、貯蔵室に対して全開にした全開位置と前記貯蔵室に対して全閉にした全閉位置との間で開閉方向に沿ってスライドさせるスライド開閉機構１００で、前記冷蔵庫本体側に設けられた固定レールと、収容ケース側に設けられ、前記引出式扉を支持するとともに、前記固定レール１に沿ってスライドする第１スライドフレーム３と、前記固定レール１と前記第１スライドフレーム３との間に介在し、前記固定レール１に沿ってスライドする第２スライドフレーム２と、前記第１スライドフレーム３に設けられた第１転動体と、前記固定レール１に設けられ、前記第１転動体に接触して、前記全開位置と前記全閉位置との間の半開き位置にある前記引出式扉を前記全閉位置に引き込む傾斜した引込面とを備えるスライド開閉機構を備える。【選択図】図２
