Summary:To provide a load receiving platform lifting/lowering device in which a bent portion of hydraulic piping does not interfere with a tilt cylinder.SOLUTION: The load receiving platform lifting/lowering device is provided that comprises: a load receiving platform 2 having a pair of stiffeners 22 on the back side; a lifting/lowering mechanism lifting and lowering the load receiving platform 2; a tilt cylinder 4 arranged inside the pair of stiffeners 22, and turning the load receiving platform 2; a hydraulic drive mechanism 5 sending hydraulic oil to the tilt cylinder 4; and hydraulic piping 6 connecting the hydraulic drive mechanism 5 and each tilt cylinder 4 to each other, and arranged inside the pair of stiffeners 22. One stiffener 22 L has one side communicative hole 221 L opened in the surface side of the load receiving platform 2 in a position being far from the turning center of the load receiving platform 2 than the tilt cylinder 4 L.
