The anvil roller 31 rotates while supporting the object O. The die cutter 32 has a projecting blade 32a for cutting the object O and rotates. A first elastic portion 33 is disposed on an outer peripheral surface of the anvil roller 31 and elastically deforms in contact with a rear surface of the object O during cutting of the object O. The second elastic portion 34 is disposed on an outer peripheral surface of the die cutter 32 and elastically deforms in contact with the surface of the object O during cutting of the object O.
