Summary: | To make it possible to accurately associate time with a wavelength in a pulse, when performing spectrometry by using broadband pulse light in which the wavelength is temporally changed in the pulse.SOLUTION: A broadband pulse light source unit 10 extends the pulse width of broadband pulse light with a pulse extension element 3, and emits the broadband pulse light in which the wavelength is temporally changed in a pulse. Marker elements 81, 82 selectively change the intensity of light in a known specific wavelength in a wavelength band in the broadband pulse light to create markers, and association of time with a wavelength is performed with the use of the markers. When two or more known specific wavelengths are taken as markers, dispersion in the pulse extension element 3 is measured with the markers, and the association is performed in a calibrated state with the measured dispersion.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】 パルス内で波長が時間的に変化している広帯域パルス光を利用して分光測定する場合において、パルス内の時間と波長との対応付けを精度良くできるようにする。【解決手段】 広帯域パルス光源ユニット10は、パルス伸長素子3により広帯域パルス光のパルス幅を伸長させ、パルス内で波長が時間的に変化している広帯域パルス光を発する。マーカー素子81,82は、広帯域パルス光における波長帯域内の既知の特定波長の光の強度を選択的に変動させて目印とし、この目印により時間と波長との対応づけが行われる。既知の二以上の特定波長が目印とされる場合、目印によりパルス伸長素子3における分散が測定され、測定された分散により校正された状態で対応づけが行われる。【選択図】 図6 |
