To provide an environment stress inducer measuring device in which use and maintenance are easy and there is no cost burden.SOLUTION: An environment stress inducer measuring device 150 can analyze the water quality of an aquaculture farm, and comprises: a reagent supply unit 151 that supplies a fixed amount of a luminescent reagent to a sensor unit 159 via a reagent supply path; a sample fixed amount supply unit 157 that supplies a fixed amount of a sample to the sensor unit 159 by supplying the sample through the sample supply path; and a sensor unit 159 to which the luminescent reagent and the sample are supplied from the reagent supply unit 151 and the sample fixed amount supply unit 157.
