Summary:To provide systems and methods for delivery of therapeutic gas to patients in need of the therapeutic gas by using enhanced breathing circuit gas (BCG) flow measurements.SOLUTION: In a system for delivery of therapeutic gas, at least some of the enhanced BCG flow measurements can be used to address some surprising phenomena that may, at times, occur when a turbulent flow blends the therapeutic gas into breathing gas that a patient receives from a breathing circuit affiliated with a ventilator 117.
