Summary: | To provide a microstructure-containing sheet including a biocompatible polymer or pressure sensitive adhesive.SOLUTION: An aspect ratio is optimized according to a type of each microstructure, so that an optimal tip angle and a diameter range for skin penetration are ensured. Especially, a C-type microstructure minimizes penetration resistance due to skin elasticity at the time of skin attachment, and thus can increase a penetration rate of the structure (60% or more) and an absorption rate of useful ingredients into the skin. In addition, a D-type microstructure maximizes mechanical strength of the structure by applying a triple structure, and thus can easily penetrate the skin. Advantageously, when the microstructures are arranged in a hexagonal arrangement type, a uniform pressure can be transmitted to the whole microstructures at the time of skin attachment.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1f
【課題】生体適合性高分子または粘着剤を含むマイクロ構造体含有シートを提供する。【解決手段】各マイクロ構造体の形態別に縦横比を最適化して皮膚透過のための最適チップ(tip)角度及び直径範囲を確保した。Cタイプのマイクロ構造体は、皮膚付着時、皮膚弾性による侵入抵抗性を最小化させることによって、構造体の侵入率(60%以上)及び有用成分の皮膚内吸収率を高めることができる。また、Dタイプのマイクロ構造体は、3重構造を適用して構造体の機械的強度を極大化することによって皮膚透過が容易である。複数個のマイクロ構造体を六角形(Hexagonal)配列方式を適用する場合、皮膚付着時、マイクロ構造体の全体的に均等な圧力が伝達できるという利点がある。【選択図】図1f |
