Summary:To provide a battery temperature adjustment device capable of uniformly adjusting a temperature with respect to a plurality of battery cells without involving an increase in size, and to provide a battery device.SOLUTION: A battery temperature adjustment device comprises a battery case 30 which can house a battery cell 21 between side wall parts 31 in a laminated condition. One of the side wall parts 31 comprise a first medium flow path Fa, and the other one comprises a second medium flow path Fb. The battery case 30 includes: a first communication path f4 communicated with one end part of the first medium flow path Fa and one end part of the second medium flow path Fb; and a second communication path f5 communicated with the other end part of the first medium flow path Fa and the second medium flow path Fb. A temperature adjustment medium is introduced to the first medium flow path Fa and the second medium flow path Fb via the first communication path f4 or the second communication path f5 in parallel, is flowed into the second communication path f5 or the first communication path f4 from the first medium flow path Fa and the second medium flow path Fb, and is exhausted to an external part of the battery case 30.
