To accurately determine whether an operation of a current sensor is normal or abnormal at a lower cost.SOLUTION: A sensor abnormality detection device for sensing an abnormality of a sensor attached to a cable in which AC current flows, used for control of a predetermined distributed power supply unit connected to the cable, comprises: a measurement circuit for measuring an effective current value of an output from the sensor; a limiting circuit for limiting an output from the distributed power supply unit so as to reduce a predetermined amount of power supplied from the distributed power supply unit to the cable when the effective current value of the output from the sensor measured by the measurement circuit is equal to or lower than a predetermined threshold; and a determination circuit for determining whether the sensor is abnormal depending on whether the effective current value measured by the measurement circuit is equal to or lower than the predetermined threshold after a first predetermined time has elapsed from the limitation of the output of the distributed power supply unit by the limiting circuit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9 【課題】より低いコストで電流センサの動作が正常か異常かを高精度に判定できるようにする。【解決手段】 センサ異常検出装置は、交流電流が流れる電路に装着されたセンサの異常を検出するためのセンサ異常検出装置であって、電路に接続される所定の分散型電源ユニットの制御に用いられ、センサの出力の実効電流値を測定する測定回路と、測定回路により測定された、センサの出力の実効電流値が所定のしきい値以下になったことに応答して、分散型電源ユニットから電路への供給電力が所定量だけ減少するよう、分散型電源ユニットの出力を制限する制限回路と、制限回路による分散型電源ユニットの出力の制限から第１の所定時間が経過した後に測定回路により測定された実効電流値がしきい値以下か否かによりセンサの異常の有無を判定する判定回路とを含む。【選択図】図９
