Summary:To provide a torque rod structure capable of achieving excellent control of a deformation mode at a collision of a front surface while securing desired rigidity.SOLUTION: A pair of left and right first receiving parts 24 of an outer shell part 20 constitute portions at both sides in a vehicle width direction of the outer shell part 20, and receive a load from sides of a pair of left and right arm parts 12 to a vehicle rear side. On the other hand, second receiving parts 26 of the outer shell part 20 are formed in a V shape opening to a vehicle front side in a vehicle plan view by connecting front end parts 24A of the pair of left and right first receiving parts 24, and receive a load from a body fitting part 30 side to a vehicle front side at a collision of a front surface. Therefore, the shape or the like of the pair of left and right first receiving parts 24 is designed by assuming the load to the vehicle rear side, and the shape or the like of the second receiving parts 26 is designed by assuming a load from a body fitting part 30 side to the vehicle front side at the collision of the front surface, and thus, deformation mode at the collision of the front surface is excellently controlled while securing desired rigidity.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】所望の剛性を確保しながら前面衝突時における変形モードの良好な制御を実現することが可能なトルクロッド構造を得る。【解決手段】外郭部20の左右一対の第一受部24は、外郭部20の車両幅方向両側の部位を構成して左右一対の腕部12の側から車両後方側への荷重を受ける。これに対して、外郭部20の第二受部26は、左右一対の第一受部24の前端部24A同士を繋いで車両平面視で車両前方側に開口したV字状とされると共に前面衝突時にボデー取付部30の側から車両前方側への荷重を受ける。このため、車両後方側への荷重を想定して左右一対の第一受部24の形状等を設計し、前面衝突時におけるボデー取付部30側から車両前方側への荷重を想定して第二受部26の形状等を設計することで、所望の剛性を確保しながら前面衝突時における変形モードが良好に制御される。【選択図】図1
