Summary:To solve the problem that tackiness with time (tack strength with time) is needed in manufacture of a tire, in particular, in workability, by including high tackiness with time, splice workability is improved and bonding of each member can be facilitated; and a rubber composition needs low viscosity so as to enhance kneading property and workability.SOLUTION: A rubber composition is obtained by blending 30-80 pts.mass of carbon black having a nitrogen adsorption specific surface area (N2SA) of 90 m2/g or less and 0.5-20 pts.mass of polyglyceryl fatty acid ester derived from a fatty acid having 6 to 24 carbon atoms with respect to 100 pts.mass of a diene-based rubber including 35-60 pts.mass of a natural rubber and/or a synthetic isoprene rubber, 0-15 pts.mass of a butadiene rubber and 30-50 pts.mass of a styrene-butadiene copolymer rubber.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】タイヤの製造において、とくに加工性に関しては、経時タック性(経時粘着力)が求められている。高い経時タック性を備えることにより、スプライス作業性が向上し、各部材の貼り合わせを容易となすことができる。さらに混練性および作業性を高めるためにゴム組成物は低粘度であることが求められる。【解決手段】天然ゴムおよび/または合成イソプレンゴム35〜60質量部と、ブタジエンゴム0〜15質量部とスチレン−ブタジエン共重合体ゴム30〜50質量部とを含むジエン系ゴム100質量部に対し、窒素吸着比表面積(N2SA)が90m2/g以下のカーボンブラックを30〜80質量部、および炭素数6〜24の脂肪酸を由来とするポリグリセリン脂肪酸エステルを0.5〜20質量部配合してなることを特徴とするゴム組成物によって、上記課題を解決した。【選択図】なし
