Summary:To improve vibration damping effect of an outer panel by a damping member to inhibit noise transmitted from a door to a vehicle cabin as much as possible.SOLUTION: A vehicle door structure includes: an inner panel 5; an outer panel 4 including a hem part 10 connecting a peripheral edge part of the inner panel 5 by swaging; and rigid members 14, 15, 21 (11A) disposed between the inner panel 5 and the outer panel 4. The vehicle door structure includes a damping member 22 which is disposed between the outer panel 4 and the rigid members 14, 15, 21 (11A) so as to contact with these members.
