Summary:To provide a manufacturing method of a foamed molding capable of controlling cell positions in the molding.SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of a foamed molding includes: a filling step of injection-filling a molten resin composition containing a blowing agent into a mold cavity 8 of a mold from a barrel 2 including a screw 1 through a nozzle 5 of the barrel tip by thrusting the screw forward in a manner to fill 60% or more of the cavity volume; a blowing step of forming cells in the molten resin composition by blowing the blowing agent; and a pull back step of controlling cell positions in the molten resin composition filled in the mold cavity by retracting the screw from the position of completing the injection filling.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】成形品中の気泡の位置を制御することが可能な発泡成形品の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】発泡剤を含む溶融樹脂組成物を、スクリュ1を内蔵するバレル2から、前記スクリュを前進させることにより、バレル先端のノズル5を通じて、金型のキャビティ8内に該キャビティ容積の60%以上を満たすように射出充填する充填工程、前記発泡剤を発泡させて、溶融樹脂組成物中に気泡を発生させる発泡工程、及び前記スクリュを射出充填完了時の位置から後退させることにより前記キャビティ内に充填された前記溶融樹脂組成物中の気泡の位置を制御するプルバック工程、を有する、発泡成形品の製造方法とする。【選択図】図1
