Summary:To provide an electromechanical transducer excellent in workability upon being incorporated within an electronic apparatus and having stable quality easily, and an electronic clock having the same.SOLUTION: An electromechanical transducer attachable/detachable to/from an electronic apparatus has a first support plate, a second support plate, rotary member rotating around a rotation axis arranged between the first and the second support plates, a fixing plate arranged between the first and the second support plates facing the rotary member, a charging portion arranged with an interval in a rotation direction of the rotary member, a counter electrode arranged in an opposing surface of the rotary member of the fixing plate, a struggle adjusting portion for adjusting slidability of the rotation axis arranged at least one of the first and the second support plates, and a wheel train connected to the rotation axis.
