Summary:To reduce the time and effort needed to tune a processing device.SOLUTION: A processing device error correction system sets initial operation parameters according to a processing program and performs processing. The system acquires and analyzes predetermined detection data during product processing, calculates correction parameters based on a correction model, and performs processing based on correction parameters. When analyzing the detection data, the system selects the detection data according to a predetermined rule and a dimension inspection standard, sets a safety section, a correction section and an alarm section based on a determined reference section, sets the safety section=M*reference section, the correction section=N*reference section, the alarm section=L*reference section, and the |L|>|N|>|M|, determines a section in which the detection data is located, stops execution of the correction step when the detection data is in the safe section, executes the correction step when the detection data is in the correction section, and stops execution of the correction step and generates an alarm when the detection data is in the alarm section.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】加工装置のチューニングに必要な時間と労力を削減する。【解決手段】加工装置誤差補正システムにおいて、加工プログラムに従って初期動作パラメータを設定し、加工を行う。製品加工中の所定の検出データを取得、分析し、補正モデルに基づいて補正パラメータを計算し、補正パラメータに基づいて加工を行う。検出データを分析する時に、所定のルール及び前記寸法検査基準に従って前記検出データを選出し、確定した基準区間に基づいて安全区間、補正区間及び警報区間を設定し、前記安全区間=M*基準区間、前記補正区間=N*基準区間、前記警報区間=L*基準区間、前記|L|>|N|>|M|と設定し、前記検出データが位置する区間の判定を行い、安全区間にある場合には補正ステップの実行を中止し、補正区間にある場合には補正ステップを実行し、前記警報区間にある場合には補正ステップの実行を中止して警報を出す。【選択図】図2
