An offset portion 12 projects from the fin main body 11 in the width direction of the flow channel tube 2. An opening 13 is formed between the fin main body 11 and the offset portion 12, and connects one of the narrow channels 20 in the width direction of the flow channel tube 2 to the other narrow channel 20.
