Summary: | To provide a soapy water film formation device that makes it possible for an operation performance tester of an inspection target device having an inspection hole to conduct a work for forming a soapy film in a safety position.SOLUTION: A soapy water film formation device 10 is configured to include: a flat plate 12 for forming a soapy water film in an opening part of an inspection hole; an operation rod 18 for moving the flat plate 12 along the opening part; a cylindrical body flat plate holder 11 that has a shaft center in parallel with respect to a longer direction of the flat plate 12; and a sponge 13 that holds soapy water inside the flat plate holder 11. The flat plate holder 11 has a prescribed slit 11a, and has a soapy water passage groove 25a communicating with an inside and outside of the flat plate holder 11. Thanks to this configuration, when the inspection hole is an exit side flange 31 of a safety valve, an operation performance tester does not need to stand at a front face of the inspection hole every time the soapy water film is formed, and in a performance test of the safety valve, the tester can conduct works more safely.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】検査孔を有する検査対象装置の作動性能試験者が安全な位置で石けん膜を形成する作業を行うことができる石けん水膜形成装置を提供する。【解決手段】石けん水膜形成装置10は、検査孔の開口部に石けん水膜を形成するための平板12と、この平板12を開口部に沿って動作させるための操作棒18と、平板12の長手方向に対し平行な軸心を有する筒状体の平板ホルダ11と、この平板ホルダ11内で石けん水を保持するスポンジ13と、を含んで構成されている。そして、平板ホルダ11が、所定のスリット11aを有するとともに、平板ホルダ11の内外を貫通する石けん水通過溝25aを有している。検査孔が安全弁の出口側フランジ31である場合、この構成により作動性能試験者が、石けん水膜を形成するたびに検査孔の正面に立つ必要がなくなり、安全弁の性能試験において、より安全に作業を行うことができる。【選択図】図1 |
