Summary: | To provide a napped artificial leather which is imparted with a high level of flame retardancy using a non-halogen flame retardant without impairing a sense of luxury on the surface.SOLUTION: There is provided a napped artificial leather with a napped surface having a thickness of 0.25 to 1.5 mm, in which the napped artificial leather includes phosphorus-based flame retardant particles adhered to a polyurethane unevenly distributed in a range of 200 μm or less from a back surface. The napped artificial leather comprises a first polyurethane comprising: a polymer polyol which contains 60 mass% or more of a polycarbonate polyol and has 6.5 or less of a repeating average carbon number excluding a reactive functional group; and an organic polyisocyanate which contains at least one selected from the group consisting of 4,4'-dicyclohexylmethane diisocyanate and 4,4'-diphenylmethane diisocyanate. The phosphorus-based flame retardant particles have an average particle diameter of 0.1 to 30 μm, a phosphorus atom content of 14 mass% or more, a solubility in water at 30°C of 0.2 mass% or less, a melting point or a decomposition temperature of 150°C or more, and a phosphorus-based flame retardant particle content ratio of 1 to 6 mass% in terms of phosphorus atom.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】表面高級感を損なわずに、非ハロゲン系難燃剤を用いて高いレベルの難燃性を付与した立毛人工皮革を提供する。【解決手段】立毛面を有する厚さ0.25〜1.5mmの立毛人工皮革であって、裏面から200μm以下の範囲に偏在するポリウレタンに付着したリン系難燃剤粒子を含み、高分子ポリオールの60質量%以上がポリカーボネート系ポリオールであって反応性官能基を除いた繰り返し平均炭素数が6.5以下であり、有機ポリイソシアネートが、4,4'-ジシクロヘキシルメタンジイソシアネート及び4,4'-ジフェニルメタンジイソシアネートから選ばれる第1のポリウレタンを含み、リン系難燃剤粒子は、平均粒子径0.1〜30μm、リン原子含有率が14質量%以上、30℃の水に対する溶解度が0.2質量%以下、融点または分解温度が150℃以上、リン系難燃剤粒子の含有割合が、リン原子換算含有割合で1〜6質量%である。【選択図】 なし |
