The boarding plate includes a floor frame 14 fixed to the frame, and floor covers 12 and 13 installed on floor frames 21A and 21B. A frame side stopper 31 is installed at both ends of the floor frames 21A and 21B in the width direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction.
