Summary: | To preferably determine a collision at an automatic travelling vehicle.SOLUTION: A collision determination unit 46 is installed to a vehicle 10 that automatically travels along a route to a destination. The collision determination unit 46 determines possibility of collision of the vehicle 10 depending on whether an object detected by a detection unit 40 detects is located within a target area along the route or not. The collision determination unit 46 outputs a determination result to a predetermined on-board device.
