Summary:To obtain a stirrer which is suitable for making food, and generates less noise during driving and in which liquid to be stirred hardly leaks from a stirring tub part, a driving part can be reduced in size and weight and further which is hardly improperly operated even when used for long time.SOLUTION: A stirrer comprises: a stirring container part comprising a stirring tub part for holding an object to be stirred therein and a magnetic contact part at a bottom part of the stirring tub part; and a stirring bar holding part comprising a stirring bar arranged inside the stirring tub part that is turned at a turning part comprising a magnet part in a rotary magnetic field generated in a turning/driving part of a main body part. The turning/driving part comprises a number of coil groups and inductive magnetic field control means that controls the coil groups so that the rotary magnetic filed is induced and controlled. Respective coils of the coil group are arranged in a direction in which an inductive magnetic field confronting the turning part, and the stirring container part and the stirring bar holding part are arranged to be attachable to and detachable from the main body part of the stirrer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 【課題】 食品の製造にも好適であり、駆動時の騒音が少なく、撹拌桶部から被撹拌液体が漏れることが少なく、駆動部自体を小さく、軽量化することができ、長時間の使用でも誤動作することが少ない撹拌機を得る。【解決手段】 内部に被撹拌物を保持する撹拌桶部とこの撹拌桶部の底部の磁気コンタクト部とを備えた撹拌容器部と、本体部の回動駆動部で発生された回転磁界でマグネット部を備えた回動部で回動する撹拌桶部内部に配された撹拌子を備えた撹拌子保持部とを備えた撹拌機において、回動部駆動部が、多数のコイル群とこれを制御して回転磁界を誘導制御する誘導磁界制御手段とを備え、コイル群の各々のコイルが回動部に対峙する誘導磁界を発生させる方向に配され、撹拌容器部が撹拌子保持部と共に撹拌機の本体部に対して着脱自在に配されているもの。【選択図】 図5
