Summary:To provide a power conversion device and a power conversion system capable of reliably suppressing a power fluctuation depending on SOC.SOLUTION: A power conversion device (101) comprises a power converter (102) that controls charge and discharge of a storage battery (106) and is interconnected with a power system (104). The power converter charges an accumulator by power input from the power system while outputting power from the accumulator to the power system.
