To reduce a difference between a time length of a CM frame in a broadcasting program and a length of a reproduction time of an addressable CM.SOLUTION: The transceiver system includes a transmitter and receiver. The transmitter includes a first reception section, a retrieval section and a first transmission section. The first reception section receives advertising frame identification information and a condition of an advertising content reproducible with the advertising frame from the receiver. The retrieval section retrieves an advertising content with variable length with the advertising frame. The first transmission section transmits the advertising content with variable length to the receiver. The receiver includes an acquisition section, a second reception section and an edition section. The acquisition section acquires advertising frame identification information and advertising frame information mapped with a time length of the advertising frame. The second reception section receives the advertising content with variable length from the transmitter.
