The transparent conductive film 3 has a transparent base material 6 and a transparent conductive layer 9 in this order in the vertical direction. A transparent base material 6 is a cycloolefin-based film. The protective base material 4 is a polycarbonate film. When the transparent conductive film laminate 1 is cut in a form of a rectangle of 20 cm×20 cm in a plan view, the transparent conductive layer 9 is put over it, and it is heated at 130°C for 90 minutes, during and after the heating, the transparent conductive film laminate 1 is curled so that its center 10 sticks out downwards than four corners 11, and an average height of the center 10 and the four corners 11 is 15 mm or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】しわの発生を抑制し、歩留まりが良好である透明導電性フィルム積層体を提供すること。【解決手段】透明導電性フィルム積層体1は、保護基材4、粘着剤層5および透明導電性フィルム3を上下方向に順に備える透明導電性フィルム積層体1であって、透明導電性フィルム3は、透明基材6および透明導電層9を上下方向に順に備え、透明基材6は、シクロオレフィン系フィルムであり、保護基材4は、ポリカーボネート系フィルムであり、透明導電性フィルム積層体1を20cm×20cmの平面視矩形状に切断し、透明導電層9を上側となるように載置し、130℃で90分間加熱した際に、加熱中および加熱後において、透明導電性フィルム積層体1の中央部10が四隅部11よりも下側に突出するようにカールし、中央部10と四隅部11との平均高さが15mm以下となる。【選択図】図1
