Summary:To provide an anti-fouling coating composition which is cuprous oxide-free and yet allows for formation of a coated film excellent in anti-fouling performance.SOLUTION: The anti-fouling coating composition is provided which contains: a resin (A) having such a metal carboxylate structure that a content of a divalent metal atom is in the range of 0.04-3.50 mol/kg based on a resin solid content mass; and an anti-fouling agent (B) including medetomidine (b1) and 4-bromo-2-(4-chlorophenyl)-5-(trifluoromethyl)-1H-pyrrole-3-carbonitrile (b2), and in which 0.05-7 mass% of the component (b1) and 0.05-75 mass% of the component (b2) are contained based on the total amount of the resin solid content in the coating, and (b1)/(b2) being a ratio of amount of use of b1 to that of b2 is 0.05/99.95 to 90/10.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】本発明は、亜酸化銅フリーでも防汚性能に優れた塗膜が形成できる防汚塗料組成物を提供する。【解決手段】2価の金属原子の含有量が樹脂固形分質量を基準として0.04〜3.50モル/Kgの範囲内である金属カルボキシレート構造を有する樹脂(A)及び、(b1)メデトミジン、並びに(b2)4−ブロモ−2−(4−クロロフェニル)−5−(トリフルオロメチル)−1H−ピロール−3−カルボニトリルを含む防汚剤(B)を含有する防汚塗料組成物であって、塗料中の樹脂固形分全量を基準として(b1)成分を0.05〜7質量%及び(b2)成分を0.05〜75質量%含有し、且つ(b1)/(b2)の使用比が0.05/99.95〜90/10であることを特徴とする防汚塗料組成物。【選択図】なし
