Summary:To provide a method for producing a rubber composition for a tire having excellent various physical properties, especially having excellent tensile characteristics with less carbon fiber content.SOLUTION: There is provided a method for producing a rubber composition for a tire which comprises: a 1-1 step of preparing a mixture of a carbon fiber (a), 1,3-butadiene and an inactive organic solvent; a 1-2 step of adding a catalyst comprising water, an organoaluminium compound and a soluble cobalt compound or a catalyst comprising an organoaluminium compound, a nickel compound and a fluorine compound to the mixture prepared in the 1-1 step, followed by subjecting the 1,3-butadiene to cis-1,4-polymerization; a 1-3 step of subjecting the 1,3-butadiene in the polymerization reaction mixture obtained in the 1-2 step to syndiotactic-1,2-polymerization; and a step of mixing a carbon fiber-containing polybutadiene composition obtained through the 1-3 step, other diene-based rubber and a rubber-reinforcing material.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】少ない炭素繊維含有量で優れた諸物性、特に優れた引張特性を有するタイヤ用ゴム組成物の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】本発明のタイヤ用ゴム組成物の製造方法は、炭素繊維(a)と、1,3−ブタジエンと、不活性有機溶媒との混合物を調製する第1−1工程と、前記第1−1工程で調製された前記混合物に水、有機アルミニウム化合物及び可溶性コバルト化合物からなる触媒、又は、有機アルミニウム化合物、ニッケル化合物及びフッ素化合物からなる触媒を添加して、前記1,3−ブタジエンをシス−1,4重合する第1−2工程と、前記第1−2工程で得られた重合反応混合物中の前記1,3−ブタジエンをシンジオタクチック−1,2重合する第1−3工程と、前記第1−3工程を経て得られた炭素繊維含有ポリブタジエン組成物と、他のジエン系ゴムと、ゴム補強材を配合する工程と、を有することを特徴とする。【選択図】なし
