Summary:To solve a conventional problem that behavior of a person cannot be estimated accurately even when using a model locus showing a general behavior and troubles may occur in elevator operation.SOLUTION: An elevator system 1 includes a sensor 30, an identification unit 40 for identifying an object based on measurement data, and an estimation unit 70 estimating next behavior of the object using an elevator in a present measurement region based on present actual behavior of the object identified by the identification unit 40 and learning results 52 showing behavior patterns of the object learned according to past measurement data. The elevator system 1 further includes a determination unit 80 for determining matching or mismatching of actual behavior of the object with next behavior of the object estimated by the estimation unit 70 and outputting a determination result, a decision unit 90 for deciding the next behavior of the object based on the determination result, and an allocation unit 100 for allocating service to the elevator based on the decided next behavior of the object.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】従来、大局行動を示すモデル軌跡を用いても人の挙動を正確に推測しきれず、エレベーターの運行に支障が生じかねなかった。【解決手段】エレベーターシステム1は、センサ30と、計測データに基づいて対象物を識別する識別部40と、識別部40により識別される現在の対象物の実際の挙動と、過去の計測データにより学習された対象物の挙動パターンを示す学習結果52とに基づいて、現在の計測領域内における、エレベーターを利用する対象物の次の挙動を推測する推測部70と、を備える。また、エレベーターシステム1は、対象物の実際の挙動と、推測部70により推測される対象物の次の挙動との一致又は不一致を判定し、判定結果を出力する判定部80と、判定結果に基づいて、対象物の次の挙動を決定する決定部90と、決定された対象物の次に挙動に基づいて、エレベーターにサービスを割当てる割当部100と、を備える。【選択図】図1
