Summary: | To enable defogging/antifogging to be achieved effectively and comparatively simply.SOLUTION: A moving body according to the present invention comprises: a monitor that can monitor a peripheral environment of the moving body through a window member with translucency that defines outside and inside of the moving body; a heater that heats a site in a monitoring area of the monitor, of the window member; an air conditioner that performs air conditioning in the moving body; and a controller that performs driving control of the heater and the air conditioner. The controller includes as operation modes a first mode in which both of the heater and the air conditioner are driven and a second mode in which driving force of the air conditioner is suppressed more than in the first mode, and the controller evaluates a degree of fogging of the site of the window member and determines the operation modes on the basis of the evaluated result.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
