To disclose a washing machine capable of achieving an optimal voice control depending on a degree of contamination and type of laundry.SOLUTION: A voice recognition means 1 analyzes a voice signal relating to contamination and material of laundry, which are input by a user to a voice input means 2 consisting of a microphone and the like, by a voice analyzing means 3, extracts terms and determines the state of the laundry using a comparison means 7 to compare the extracted term and a term that is previously registered in a determination storage means 4. A control method determination means 8 determines a washing method based on the determination result. A washing machine control means 9 can improve a washing quality by achieving an optimal washing control depending on a degree of contamination and type of the laundry with the voice of the user without a complicate operation by the user.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】本開示における洗濯機は、洗濯物の汚れや種類に応じた最適な制御を、音声により実現できる。【解決手段】音声認識手段１は、マイクロホン等で構成した音声入力手段２に入力された使用者による洗濯物の汚れ、材質などに関する音声信号を、音声分析手段３によって分析を行って言葉を抽出し、抽出された言葉と判定記憶手段４に予め登録された言葉を比較手段７にて比較することで洗濯物の状態を判定し、制御方法決定手段８は、その判定結果に基づき洗濯方法を決定し、洗濯機制御手段９は、その洗濯方法を実行する構成とすることにより、使用者は煩雑な操作をすることなく、洗濯物の汚れや種類に応じた最適な洗濯制御を、使用者の音声により実現し、洗濯品質を向上することができる。【選択図】図２
