To provide a collision risk notification device that can avoid a collision between a moving body that is crossing a road and an approaching vehicle while preventing increase in load for communication, control, and the like due to unnecessary collision risk notifications.SOLUTION: A server (collision risk notification device), when detecting a moving body about to cross a road, identifies approaching vehicles that are approaching a crossing predicted area through which the moving body is predicted to pass within a period from a crossing start to crossing completion, on the basis of road information, moving body information including a current position and moving speed of the moving body, and vehicle information including current positions and moving speeds for vehicles that are traveling on the road.
