The body case 1 comprises an indoor suction port 7 for sucking indoor air, an exhaust port 4 for exhausting the sucked indoor air to the outside, an outside air suction port 5 for sucking outside air, and an air supply port 6 for supplying the sucked outside air to the inside of a room. The heat exchange type ventilating device comprises a front panel 20 attached to a side surface of the body case 1, a first air passage partition member 30 partitioning an air passage, and a pressing part 21 protruding from the front panel 20.
