Summary:To enable controlling permeability of a window member which is an on-vehicle device before sunlight is incident on a vehicle.SOLUTION: A vehicle control device is configured to include: a control part for controlling an on-vehicle device mounted on a vehicle; and an operation part for outputting a control command to the on-vehicle device on the basis of a control signal from the control part. The on-vehicle device is a window member capable of controlling permeability. On the basis of vehicle's environment information, positional information, and speed information, path information relating to a direction and distance of a travel route on which the vehicle travels, and astronomical information relating to a position and altitude of the sun on the travel route, the control part determines presence of sunlight incident to the window member, creates a control signal for controlling permeability of the window member when there is the sunlight incidence, and transmits the control signal to the operation part through a transmission path. The operation part is disposed for each vehicle, and creates a control instruction for controlling permeability for each window member according to the control signal for controlling permeability and operation instruction content received from the outside.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】車両に太陽光が入射する前に、車上機器である窓部材の透光率を制御することを可能にする。【解決手段】車両に搭載される車上機器の制御を行う制御部と、制御部からの制御信号に基づいて車上機器に対して制御指示を出力する操作部とを備える車両制御装置として、車上機器は透光率を制御可能な窓部材であり、制御部は、車両の環境情報、位置情報および速度情報と、車両が走行する行路の方角や距離に関する行路情報と、当該行路上の太陽の位置や高度に関する天体情報とに基づいて、窓部材への太陽光入射の有無を判定し、当該太陽光入射がある場合には窓部材の透光率を制御する制御信号を作成して、伝送路を介して当該制御信号を操作部へ送信し、操作部は、車両ごとに設けられ、透光率を制御する制御信号と外部から受け付ける操作指示内容とから窓部材ごとに透光率を制御する制御指示を作成する。【選択図】図1
