Summary:To provide an imaging device capable of reducing noise.SOLUTION: An imaging device is provided with a layered structure in which a first substrate, a second substrate and a third substrate are stacked in order. The first substrate has sensor pixels which perform photoelectric conversion and output a signal charge. The second substrate has a first signal processing circuit which includes a first analog transistor and forms a readout circuit that outputs a pixel signal based on the signal charge.
