Summary: | To provide a multi-axial force detector capable of detecting a load generated in a plurality of axial directions with a simple configuration.SOLUTION: A multi-axial force detector 10 comprises: an outer member 12 having a first open hole 32 formed to open and a first inclined surface 36 forming an inner peripheral surface along the first open hole 32; an inner member 14 having a fitting part 42 fitted to the first open hole 32, a projection part 44 provided on the outside in the axial direction of the fitting part 42, and a second open hole 48 formed to open at the projection part 44 and the fitting part 42; a plurality of pressure-sensitive element parts 20 and 22 arranged in a diameter direction of one of the first inclined surface 36 and a second inclined surface 40, and having a first pressure-sensitive element 16 and a second pressure-sensitive element 18 which are point-symmetrical to a center axis of the second open hole 48 in a plan view; and a fixed member 70 provided at the outside end part in the axial direction of a shaft 72 and including a fixed part 74 for fixing the inner member 14 and the outer member 12 by pressure-bonding in the axial direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】簡易な構造により複数の軸方向に生じる荷重を検出できる多軸力検出装置を提供する。【解決手段】多軸力検出装置10を、貫通形成された第1貫通孔32と第1貫通孔32に沿って内周面を形成する第1傾斜面36を備えた外側部材12と、第1貫通孔32に嵌合された嵌合部42と嵌合部42の軸方向外側に設けられた突出部44と突出部44及び嵌合部42に貫通形成された第2貫通孔48とを備えた内側部材14と、第1傾斜面36及び第2傾斜面40のいずれか一方の直径方向に沿って配置され、平面視で第2貫通孔48の中心軸に対して点対称となる第1感圧素子16及び第2感圧素子18を備えた複数の感圧素子部20、22と、軸部72の軸方向外側端部に設けられ、内側部材14及び外側部材12を軸方向に圧着固定する固定部74を含んで構成された固定部材70と、を含んで構成する。【選択図】図3 |
