Summary:To quickly and inexpensively carry out the pretreatment of an analysis sample that includes suspended solids as does an emulsion or a suspension.SOLUTION: Provided is an analysis sample pretreatment device 1 for obtaining a clarified liquid with suspended solids removed from an analysis sample. The analysis sample pretreatment device 1 comprises a cell 10 for accommodating the analysis sample, and a cell holder 20 with at least a portion of housing opened in order for the cell 10 to be mounted. The cell holder 20 includes an ultrasonic vibrator 202 and an ultrasonic reflection plate 206 arranged to a plane pair facing each other across the cell 10 mounted in the inside, and the cell 10 includes a first opening 101 through which the analysis sample flows in, a second opening 102 through which the clarified liquid flows out, and a third opening 103 for ejecting suspended solids.
