Summary:To provide a technique suitable for securing the reliability of a Rankine cycle device.SOLUTION: A sensor detects (I) a pressure of a working fluid, (II) a temperature of the working fluid, or (III) a temperature of a cooling medium to be heat-exchanged with the working fluid in a condenser. When a detection value of the sensor is lower than a first threshold value, first control is started.
