Summary:To provide a method for synthesizing a low-viscosity poly-α-olefin lubricating oil that can significantly reduce operating costs due to simplicity in process, convenience in operation, and mildness in process conditions.SOLUTION: A method for synthesizing a low viscosity poly-α-olefin lubricating oil, which comprises (1) a step of dehydration treatment in which α-olefin law material is subjected to dehydration to achieve a moisture content of 10 ppm or lower, (2) a step pf polymerization reaction in which the dehydrated α-olefin raw material is polymerized in the presence of a complex catalyst and gas phase BFat a pressure of 0.01 to 1 Mpa to obtain a reaction product, (3) a step of catalyst removal in which the reaction product obtained in (2) is subjected to flash evaporation, stripping, centrifugation and washing in sequence to obtain an intermediate product, and (4) a step of post-treatment in which the intermediate product obtained in step (3) is distilled under reduced pressure to separate unreacted α-olefin raw material and α-olefin dimer from the reaction product, and remaining heavy components are subjected to hydrogenation saturation followed by fractional cutting to obtain poly-α-olefin synthetic oils with different viscosity grades.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】プロセスが簡単であり、操作が便利であり、プロセス条件が温和であるため、運用コストを顕著に削減できる低粘度ポリ−α−オレフィン潤滑油の合成方法を提供すること。【解決手段】(1)脱水処理:α−オレフィン原料を原料における含水率≦10ppmとなるように脱水処理する工程;(2)重合反応:脱水処理されたα−オレフィン原料を錯体触媒及び圧力0.01〜1Mpaの気相BF3の存在下で反応させ、反応生成物を得る工程;(3)触媒除去:工程(2)で得られた反応生成物を順にフラッシュ蒸発、ストリッピング、遠心及び洗浄処理して中間製品を得る工程;(4) 後処理:工程(3)で得られた中間製品を減圧蒸留して未反応のα−オレフィン原料及びα−オレフィン二量体を分離し、残りの重質成分を水素化飽和処理した後、更に分留カットして、粘度グレードが異なるポリ−α−オレフィン合成油を得る工程、を含む、低粘度ポリ−α−オレフィン潤滑油の合成方法。【選択図】図1
