Summary:To improve production efficiency by suppressing deterioration of worker performance.SOLUTION: A monitoring system (1) monitoring a worker (13) moving at least inside a floor is configured to comprise a body condition sensor (45) measuring body condition information of the worker, and a management device (50) managing the body condition of the worker based on the body condition information. This allows flexibly changing work time and work content of the worker according to the body condition by managing the body condition of the worker. Replacing the worker having low performance with another worker can rearrange a shift in consideration of production efficiency.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】作業員のパフォーマンスの低下を抑えて生産効率を向上すること。【解決手段】少なくともフロア内を動き回る作業員（１３）を監視する監視システム（１）が、作業員の体調情報を測定する体調センサ（４５）と、体調情報に基づいて作業員の体調を管理する管理装置（５０）とを備える構成にした。これにより、作業員の体調を管理することで、体調に応じて作業員の作業時間や作業内容等を柔軟に変更することができる。パフォーマンスが低下した作業員を別の作業員に交代させることで、生産効率を考慮したシフトに組み直すことができる。【選択図】図２
