The acquisition unit 110 acquires plural outputs from at least one light receiving element 231. The estimation unit 130 estimates a first continuous spectrum in a first wavelength range on the basis of plural outputs. The generation unit 150 generates a second continuous spectrum which is the spectrum obtained by excluding at least one end of the first continuous spectrum from the first spectrum. The plural outputs can be obtained through k number of optical filters 210 having different spectroscopic spectrums in at least one light receiving element 231.
