Summary: | To provide a method of correcting a rehabilitation pipe that is placed in an existing pipe when the plane shape of the existing pipe is curved.SOLUTION: The position and cross-sectional shape of a rehabilitation pipe 2 are corrected before filling with backfill material, in a state where the rehabilitation pipe 2 is positioned inside an existing pipe 1 whose plane shape is curved, the rehabilitation pipe 2 deviates horizontally from the center axis direction of the curve of the existing pipe 1, and the cross-sectional shape is an oblong oval. In a first timbering installation step, an extendable first timbering 10 equipped with a first jack 15 is installed in the rehabilitation pipe 2 in a horizontal position. In this installation state, the first timbering 10 penetrates one side wall of the rehabilitation pipe 2 (the side wall farther from the center axis of the existing pipe 1). One end of the first timbering 10 touches one side wall surface of the existing pipe and the other end touches the other side wall of the rehabilitation pipe 2 through a wale member 3. Next, the first timbering 10 is extended and the other side wall of the rehabilitation pipe 2 is pushed, making the central axis of the rehabilitation pipe 2 coincide with the central axis of the existing pipe 1 and restoring the cross-section from an oval to the original circular shape.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】既設管の平面形状が湾曲している場合に、既設管内に配置される更生管を矯正する方法を提供する。【解決手段】平面形状が湾曲した既設管1の内側に更生管2が配置され、更生管2が既設管1の湾曲部の中心軸線方向から水平方向に偏倚し、断面形状が縦長の楕円をなしている。この状態で裏込め材を充填する前に、更生管2の位置および断面形状を矯正する。第1支保工設置工程では、第1ジャッキ15を備えた伸縮可能な第1支保工10を水平姿勢で更生管2内に設置する。この設置状態で、第1支保工10が、更生管2の一方の側壁部(既設管1の中心軸線遠い方の側壁部)を貫通する。第1支保工10の一端が既設管の一方の側壁面に当たり、他端が更生管2の他方の側壁部に、腹起し部材3を介して当たる。次に、第1支保工10を伸ばして更生管2の他方の側壁部を押し、更生管2の中心軸線を既設管1の中心軸線と一致させ、断面を楕円から元の円形に戻す。【選択図】図3 |
